Fifteen towns, two kinds of permit office
We work from an office on River Road in Forestville. Most of our jobs are in Santa Rosa, and the rest run from Bodega Bay on the coast to Healdsburg, Petaluma and the city of Sonoma.
In the unincorporated towns your building permit comes from Permit Sonoma. In the cities it comes from the city’s own building department. We find out which one your house falls under before we price the work, and we handle the application and the inspections either way.
