Privacy policy

Deluxe Bath & Kitchen (“Deluxe,” “we”) is the trade name of Uplifting Construction Inc, a licensed general building contractor (CSLB #1014179) at 10561 River Rd, Forestville, CA 95436. This policy describes what information this website handles, what it deliberately does not, and the rights California residents have over their personal information.

What this site collects

Very little, by design. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party services. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no embedded social media. The one thing it keeps on your device is your answer to the cookie notice, in your browser’s own storage, so that the notice is not shown to you again; it identifies nothing and leaves your device with your browsing data.

  • The enquiry form. What you type into the form (your name, email address, phone number, project type, message and which consent boxes you ticked) is sent to us and stored in our customer records system, run for us by LeadConnector (HighLevel), together with the page you sent it from. We hold it to respond to your enquiry and, if you hire us, to run your project. If the form cannot send, your browser composes the same enquiry as an email draft in your own email app instead, and nothing is stored until you send it.
  • Calls and emails. If you call (707) 303-0896 or email SonomaDBK@gmail.com, we keep the ordinary records of that correspondence.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard access logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operations. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.

What we do with it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, schedule consultations, prepare quotes and perform contracted work, and to meet legal obligations that apply to a licensed contractor. By sending an enquiry you ask us to reply to it by phone or email. Text messages about our services come only if you tick the first consent box on the form, marketing texts only if you tick the second, and you may withdraw either at any time by replying STOP or by telling us.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.
  • We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Because we neither sell nor share personal information and set no cookies, there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal to opt you out of; browsers sending GPC are honored by the absence of any sale or tracking to begin with.

Do Not Track: because this site does no tracking across other sites or over time, it responds to a browser’s Do Not Track signal the same way it treats every visitor, by not tracking at all.

Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may, at any time and without discrimination for exercising these rights:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about them, and receive a copy (right to know and access).
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information (right to correct).
  • Ask us to delete personal information, subject to exceptions such as records we must keep as a licensed contractor (right to delete).
  • Direct us not to sell or share personal information; as stated above, we do neither.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to a project is deleted within two years. Project records are kept for the period California law and our licence obligations require.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes first, with a new effective date. A change that starts collecting more than this policy describes will be posted before it takes effect.
